Refund Policy

Simple rules for everything sold on Chinese Classics in English. Write to valllentinsaric1@gmail.com with your order email; refunds are paid back through Polar to the original payment method.

Books, bundles and files

• Full refund within 14 days if a file does not open, is incomplete or damaged, is clearly not what the listing described, or you bought the same item twice.
• If you have not downloaded the file yet, you can cancel within 14 days for any reason.
• Errors in a text: we send a corrected file; if we cannot fix it, we refund.

Anything else

If something went wrong and it isn’t covered here, write to us anyway — we will make it right. This policy does not limit your rights under consumer law.
